A note from Gurjit
When we start working together, I do not immediately send you every listing within a 40-kilometre radius and call that a strategy. We first discuss your budget, preferred areas, daily routine, future plans and the things you are willing—or absolutely unwilling—to compromise on.
Once the plan is clear, showings become more useful and offers become more confident. The goal is not to win every house. The goal is to buy the right one on terms that still feel sensible after the excitement wears off and the first utility bill arrives.
A clear process makes better decisions easier.
